Josh hadn't wanted to wear the turquoise. Nope. No way. It was too 'girly' for him, and for Chico. Eventually, however, Heather talked him into it. "When we get group pictures with our awards we will match!" she argued. Josh sighed and gave in. He threw the blue pad over Chico's back, hoisting his light barrel saddle onto the stud's back. Chico nickered as a mare walked by, and Josh chuckled. He was a tad nervous, knowing that they had lost pole bending last month. He knew Chico would give it his all. Now, they just had to prove it.
